How do I create my first campaign?

Creating your first campaign is easy! Click "New Campaign" from your dashboard, then follow these steps:

  1. Upload or search for your track on Spotify
  2. Add similar artists and select genres that match your music
  3. Review and launch your campaign (costs 100 tokens)

Our AI will analyze your music and find matching playlists with contact information.

How are playlist matches determined?

We use advanced algorithms to match your music with playlists based on:

  • Genre compatibility and similar artists
  • Playlist follower count and engagement metrics
  • Curator contact information availability
  • Historical playlist activity and update frequency
What's the token system?

Free Trial: 150 tokens (full features, blurred contacts)

Starter Plan ($19.99/month): 2,500 tokens monthly

Professional Plan ($29.99/month): 4,000 tokens monthly

Token Usage: New campaign (150 tokens), Generate pitch email (25 tokens)

How do I contact playlist curators?

For each matched playlist, we provide:

  • Email addresses extracted from playlist descriptions
  • Instagram handles for direct social media outreach
  • AI-generated pitch emails personalized for each curator
  • Pitch tracking and status management system

Always be professional and respectful when contacting curators.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from the support page. You'll continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, and your tokens will reset to 0 when the subscription expires.
